JUAN MANUEL GIL

Juan Manuel Gil is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with an extraordinary strategic and business vision, with over 35 years of professional international and multicultural experience in which he has held positions as CFO in multinational companies such as: ADO (Autobuses de Oriente), Comex, Elementia, Holcim, Banco Mexicano – Invermexico, amongst others.

Electronic engineer with studies in The Wharton School, IMD and IPADE, he has broad experience in administration, corporative finances, strategic planning and development and integration of new businesses in Latin-America, merges and acquisitions (he has made more than 30 transactions, amongt them: the Comex alienation, the second largest transaction in Mexico in 2014), refinancing, debt and capital issue, internal control and reengineering of processes, risk analysis, insurance, Shared Services creation, ERP implementation, compliance and relation with investors in public companies.
