CARLOS PÉREZ GÓMEZ

An economist with a master’s in financial appraisal and over 15 years of experience, Carlos Pérez Gómez Serrano has been the Central Administrator at SAT (SHCP), in charge of the transference pricing area and Competent Authority. He specializes in complex cases of assessment, controversy and friendly procedures and advisory in trials, and he has participated in the incorporation of tax reforms and regulations.  

Likewise, he has collaborated with regional and international organizations in the design of regulation proposals and training of Latin-American countries as a UN expert, where he is member of the Sub-committee of Transfer Pricing in the elaboration of the Practical Manual of Transference Pricing for Developing Countries.
